Ms. Shavonna Breanna Jones

Shavonna Breanna Jones departed this earthly life on Sunday, October 1, 2023 in Winnsboro, SC.

Vonna, as she was affectionately called, was born September 25, 1996 at Palmetto Health Richland, Columbia SC. She was the daughter of Willie Jones IV (Kesta Jones) and Bridgette S. Alston. She attended the public schools of Fairfield County, graduating with the Class of 2016 from Fairfield Central High School with her certification in Cosmetology. On September 1, 2023, she completed the Nurse Aide Program at Step It Up Medical Training, where she was an honor student. She joined Shiloh 1st Independence Church at a very young age, while being led by her God Mother Beatrice Craig. Shavonna was an Earth Angel.

Shavonna was a loving and affectionate mother to one son, Brayden Jones, her SonShine, whom she loved with her whole heart.

Shavonna leaves to cherish her memory: a son, Brayden Jones of the home; father, Willie (Kesta) Jones IV of the home; mother, Bridgette S. Alston of Winnosboro SC; Grandfather, Rickey Pearson of Winnsboro, SC; grandmothers, Carrie B. Robinson (Joesph) of Winnsboro, SC and Barbara A. Jones of Columbia SC; nine sisters: Aminah Alston of Columbia, SC; Jakwanna M. Jones  of Winnsboro SC; Anya V. Alston of Winnsboro, SC; Tyi’Janetta M. Jones of Columbia, SC; Santerria T. English of Columbia, SC; Ty Drei’Unna T. Jones of Connecticut; Jalani N. Robertson, of the home; Starshema M. Jones of Columbia SC; Jaylin C. Dorsey of Columbia SC; four brothers: Markel E. Alston of Winnsboro SC;Terrian L. Alston- of Winnsboro, SC; Ke’Edric D Robinson of Winnsboro SC; Jamie L. Robertson Jr of Winnsboro, SC; Special Cousins, Charm Harper (Bryden’s God Mother) of Baltimore, MD and Trevella Adams of Winnsboro, SC ; 5 nieces, 2 nephews, and a host of aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gloria Pearson and Willie Jones Jr and God-mother Beatrice Craig.

Services for Ms. Shavonna B. Jones will be 4pm Monday October 9, 2023 @ Shiloh 1st Independent Church, 52 Kelly Miller Rd. Winnsboro SC 29180. Visitation will be Sunday October 8, 2023 from 5pm to 8pm @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180.
