Mrs. Rosia Marie (Ashford) Morgan

Rosia Marie Ashford Morgan known as “Mema” was born on May 30, 1950 to the late Ella Cook and Fleming Ashford. She departed this life on December 5, 2024.

Rosia was a member of The Holy Temple Church of The Lord Jesus Christ of The Apostolic Faith in Columbia SC. She graduated from McCrorey Liston High School in 1968 in Blair SC.

Rosia was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend.

She enjoyed singing and praising God.

She worked at Fairfield Manufacturing sewing room and retired from Spirax Sarco in Blythewood SC.

Rosia leaves to cherish happy memories, two daughters, Carmen Morgan and Vickie Morgan, son, Kevin Morgan. Her grandchildren, Thomas Cameron Delaney, Tevin Portee, Byron Feaster, and Brittany Wright, great grand grandchildren, Londyn Feaster, Brylee Feaster, Legacy Morton, Mycera Feaster and Kimora Portee. Sisters, Elouise (Willie) Coleman, Ernestine (Samuel) Dove, Melissa Tatum, and Marilyn (Jacob) Green and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, Heyward Morgan, son, Marvin Morgan.

Funeral service for Rosia Morgan will be 1 pm Wednesday December 11, 2024 @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home Chapel, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180. Visitation will be Tuesday December 10, 2024 from 3 pm to 6 pm at the funeral home.
