Mrs. Parnease M. Manning was born on September 30, 1927 in Fairfield County to the late Ruff and Annie Milling. She departed this life on August 1, 2021. Mrs. Manning was educated in the public schools of Fairfield County and graduated from Camp Liberty High School in Jenkinsville, South Carolina. She went to Waverly School of Nursing.. She pursued a career as a Home Healthcare Nurse. She enjoyed fishing, shopping, and eating out with her children, grandchildren and friends.
Mrs. Manning was preceded in death by her late husband, Theodore Roosevelt Manning, Jr., her son, David Odell Manning; her granddaughter, Quatrice C. Brown and her parents, Ruff and Annie Milling.
Mrs. Manning is survived by her children: Theodore Roosevelt Manning, III, Ruby M. Brown (Heyward), Gladys M. Cook (James) and Eulease Troy Manning of Winnsboro, South Carolina; one brother, Hannie Milling, Sr. of Winnsboro, South Carolina; two sister-in-law, Mrs. Carrie Bell Milling and Mrs. Louise Manning; Grandchildren: Theodore Roosevelt Manning, IV, Tre’ Manning, Dr. Hazel B. Jenkins, Heyward Brown, Jr., Damien and Trintin Cook, Elexease and Alia Manning; great grandchildren: Ayden C. Cook, Trenton, Tre’ and Audrianna Manning; others relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 3pm Friday August 6, 2021 @ Shiloh Independent Church with burial @ Shiloh A.M.E. cemetery on Perry Ln. Winnsboro SC 29180. Visitation will be Thursday August 5, 2021 from 12 noon to 7pm @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180.
