Mrs. Katherine (Johnson) Williams

A life began July 1, 1927 and ended on September 11, 2020.

Katherine J. Williams (“Sister or Kat”) was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. At an early age she joined Bethlehem Baptist Church and was a faithful choir member. Later she was baptized in Jesus name at Bible Light Holiness Church.

Sister retired from Charm Corporation of Ridgeway SC. After retiring, she became a caregiver for her family. Also, she loved to cook and bake cakes.

At an early age she married the love of her life Robert Williams Sr. She leaves to cherish fond memories a son, Robert (Sue) Williams Jr., two sisters, Carrie Geiger and Thelma George, one brother Robert Johnson, one sister-in-law, Mattie L. Johnson, six grandchildren, eleven great grand, one great great grand and a host nieces, nephews and cousins all whom will miss her dearly. She had two loving caregivers, Mrs. Leatha Belton and Sara Robertson.

She was preceded in death by her parents Essie and Albert Johnson Sr., her husband Robert Williams Sr., daughter, Charlotte Prioleau, son, Bobby L. Williams, sisters, Louise Johnson and Essie M. Peay, Brothers, James, Albert and Sam Johnson.

Graveside service will be 11 am Tuesday September 15, 2020 @ Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday September 14, 2020 @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home Chapel, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180.
