Mr. Ulysses Sanders

Mr. Ulysses “Nook” Sanders 61 of Winnsboro Arms Apt. 5-B departed this earthly life Thursday July 4, 2019 at Providence Hospital. He was born February 8, 1961 to Mary A. Carter Sanders and the late JC Sanders of Blair, SC.

Mr. Ulysses Sanders attended McCrorey Liston High School. He has worked in the Pulpwood Business, Fort Jackson for 4 years and Brown Rodger Dixon for 10 years. His hobby was working on cars, and joking with friends and family.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories: his wife Brenda Sanders of Winnsboro SC: His mother: Mary A. Carter Sanders of Blair, SC, two stepsons: Isaac Jenkins, Antione Skipwith both of Baltimore, MD, five daughters: Nicole, Jaquita, Tiffany Sanders, Lugoff, SC, April and Cassandra Sanders, Columbia: three brothers: Willie Yarborough of Blair, SC, Jamie Sanders and Rickie (Linda) Sanders of Winnsboro, SC: Four sisters: Barbara ( Robert ) Washington, Patricia Thompson, Bertha Hill, Blair, SC and Mary A. Gilliam  Columbia, SC, and a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends all whom will miss him dearly.

Funeral service will be 1:00pm (12 noon viewing)Thursday July 11, 2019 @ Brown Chapel Baptist Church with burial in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday July 10, 2019 from 1pm to 7pm @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180.
