Mr. Robert Lee "Biscuit" Anderson Sr.

Mr. Robert Lee "Biscuit" Anderson Sr. was 93 years old and the son of the late Charlie and Annie Anderson. He was born February 2, 1932 in Winnsboro SC and was called home to be with the Lord on September 6, 2025.

Mr. Robert was educated in Fairfield County School system where he graduated and was recruited into the United States Air Force where he was in charge of supplies and ammunition for the fighter planes in San Antonio Texas.

After his time served in the military Mr. Robert moved back home where he met and married his loving devoted wife, Nina Susie Mae Anderson in 1963 and fathered 3 children. They were married for 62 years. Mr. Robert was formerly employed at Daniel Construction at the nuclear plant site in Jenkinsville SC and the Winnsboro Veneer Plant where he retired after many years of service. Robert accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior early in his life where he became a member and was baptized by the late Carl E. Jackson Sr. at Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church in Winnsboro SC. In his early years he served as a Deacon in the church.

In this life Mr. Robert was a son, brother, husband, father, uncle, cousin and friend. He enjoyed sports especially baseball, (Dodgers), talking, singing gospel songs, listening to his ministries on his radio and being among his family.

Mr. Robert left to cherish fond memories his family: Wife, Nina Susie Mae Anderson, 3 children: Geraldine Glenn, (John), Robert Lee Anderson Jr., (Shonndala) and Michael Earl Anderson, (Tiffany), all of Winnsboro SC. Mr. Robert has 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, great- great nieces/nephews, cousins and friends.

Mr. Robert was preceded in death by parents, Charlie and Annie Anderson and his brothers Odell and Charlie Anderson Jr.

Funeral service will be 12 noon Friday September 12, 2025 @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home Chapel, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180 with burial @ Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Rd. Columbia SC 29229 @ 2 pm.

Visitation will be Thursday September 11, 2025 @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home Chapel from 12 noon to 5 pm.
