Mr. Larry Cornelius Brown

Larry C. Brown departed this earthly life on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at his home. He was born on November 25, 1957 to the late Deacon Lucius and Hattie Goins Brown. Larry was the second of four children born to this union. Larry was educated in the public schools of Fairfield County. He was a graduate of the Winnsboro High School Class of 1976. Larry worked in the family’s logging business, Brown and Sons Logging. He worked with his family in the pulpwood business prior to logging. Larry joined Good Hope Baptist Church at an early age. He was a member of the Usher Board and the Musical Choir.
Larry leaves to cherish his memories, his brother Thomas L. Brown (Sharon). In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a brother, James F. Brown and a sister, Melissa A. Brown.

Funeral service will be 1pm Thursday June 13, 2024 @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home Chapel, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180 with burial @ Good Hope Baptist Church. Visitation will be Wednesday June 12, 2024 from 1pm to 6pm @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home.

The family ask that visitation @ the home be from 3pm to 7pm daily.
