Mr. Joe Louis Lawhorn

Mr. Joe Louis Lawhorn was born on January 01, 1938 to the late Clarence and Mary Davis Lawhorn. 

Jo spent most of his adult life in Lancaster PA. Joe was a Godly man who loved his family. Joe, like David, was a man who also loved the Lord. He was committed to serving the Lord and worked faithfully at New Life Assembly of God Church. There he was a Deacon and served on other auxiliaries. 

When Joe 's health began to fail he relocated to Winnsboro, SC. Joe however continued his spiritual walk and worship at Ebenezer AME church, Winnsboro, SC. he served on the Men's Ministry.

Joe leaves to cherish his precious memories is his wife, Rosa Lee Thompson, his sisters, a brother, 4 children, grands, great grands, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service for Mr. Joe Louis Lawhorn will be 12 noon Thursday July 18, 2024 @ Ebenezer AME Church, 1108 W Peach Rd, Winnsboro, SC 29180, with burial @ Old Ebenezer cemetery, 2007 Greenbrier Mossydale Rd. Winnsboro SC 29180. 

There will be no viewing or visitation @ the funeral home.
