Isaac Jamio Jenkins was born on September 12, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland to Brenda Watkins and the late Isaac Jenkins. “Iroc” as he was affectionately known by many, departed this life on July 29, 2023 unexpectedly. It is a devastating lost for the entire family.
Isaac received his education in the Baltimore City School system.
He was a loving father to his two daughters, Skye and Nova Jenkins. He was also a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle and nephew. Isaac loved his family very deeply. He shared such a special bond with his grandma Bell (Maggie Watkins) so much that when she moved from Baltimore, Maryland back to her family's hometown, Winnsboro, South Carolina to help take care of her sick mom. Isaac decided shortly after to relocate and so did Isaac’s mom Brenda and Uncle Robbie too. Isaac was employed by Skills Employment Agency as a warehouseman in Winnsboro, South Carolina at his time of death. Isaac may have left Baltimore, but his undying love of blue crabs never wavered. He made it a mission to indulge whenever he could.
Isaac is leaving a loving legacy of his memories with his daughters, Skye and Nova Jenkins, mother, Brenda Watkins, brother, Antoine Skipwith, grandmother, Maggie Watkins, aunts Rachelle (Linda) House (Darin), Doretha (Dottie) Jenkins, Natalie (Ann) Byrd-Pompey (Tyrone), uncles Robert (Robbie) Watkins, Melvin Watkins, Howard Byrd and a host of family and friends.
Graveside service will be 1pm Saturday August 12, 2023 @ St. John Baptist Church Anderson Quarry, 197 Anderson Quarry Rd. Winnsboro SC 29180. Visitation will be from 4pm to 6pm Friday August 11, 2023 @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home, 324 S. Vanderhorst Winnsboro SC 29180.
