Mr. Benaiah Lawson

Benaiah Lawson, age 23, departed this earthly life on Sunday, November 8, 2020.  Benaiah Lawson was born in Lexington SC on October 7, 1997.
Benaiah attended the public schools of Fairfield County.  He was a member of the Fairfield Central High School graduating class of 2017. 

Benaiah was a very skillful and multi-talented person.  He enjoyed driving 18 wheeler trucks, doing auto body work on vehicles and cutting hair.  But most of all, Benaiah was a people person who always kept a smile on his face.  He loved his family, friends and people in general with all his heart.  He found great joy in helping others.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his parents, Jerome and Sylvia Lawson; four brothers:  Jerome Lawson, III, Joseph Lawson, Ezekiel Lawson, all of Winnsboro, SC and Marion (Haley) Lawson of Kansas City, MO; three nieces:  Star Lawson of Winnsboro, SC, Serenity Lawson of Sumter, SC, Kaiya Lawson of Kansas City, MO; one special nephew, Makhi Lawson of Winnsboro, SC; special friend, Linda Russell of Columbia, SC; grandparents, Jerome and Glory Willingham of Winnsboro, SC; Jessie Mae Perry of Winnsboro, SC; special uncle, Tom Willingham, auntie, Johnnie Mae Jeter and in addition, eight uncles, three aunts and a host of other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his sister, Veronica Lawson, uncle, Vincent Lawson, great grandparents,  Mrs. Lula Lawson, Annie M. Fee, Charlie and Alberta Cook,  aunt Glory Pauling, all of Winnsboro, SC.

Graveside service will be 11 AM Saturday November 14, 2020 @ Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 PM to 7 PM Friday November 13, 2020 @ Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home Chapel, 324 S. Vanderhorst St. Winnsboro SC 29180.
