Mr. Anderson Owens Jr

Mr. Anderson Owens Jr. entered into eternal rest on June 6, 2026 surrounded by family. He answered the Master's call and departed this life after seventy- three years on this earthy journey. Born in Fairfield County, March 10, 1953, he was the son of the late Rev. Anderson Owens Sr. and Annie Mae Owens.

Anderson Jr. was known to his family and friends as "Junior" or "Junebug". He will be greatly missed by his family and friends and all those who knew and loved him. Junebug loved fishing, deer hunting, dancing and making those around him laugh. Junebug was a member of the Buck Slayer Hunting Club.

Mr. Owen leaves to be remembered and cherish loving memories to his four children, one son Veshawn (Goldie) Owens of Winnsboro, SC, three daughters Veronica Owens of Columbia, SC, Cathy (Drunta) Sampson of Winnsboro, SC, and Stacie Hill of Glendale, AZ, eight grandchildren, Dajashia, Aleesia, Tremaine, Brianna, Shakeem, Dimarkus, Jada and Jayson, two great granddaughters, Khole, and Aaliyah, two brothers, Alford (Frenanda) Owens of Charlotte, NC, Jerry Owens of Winnsboro, SC, three sisters, Ann Marie (Marshall) Pearson Manassas, VA, Gwendolyn (Willie) Robertson of Columbia, SC, Chartsie (Kenneth) McCray of Columbia, SC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and other relatives and friends.
