My mother died on June 6,2014. Many years ago my mother entered into a pre-burial agreement with Russell-McCuthen Funeral Home. She decided eveything she wanted from the casket to how many death certificates she wanted. On the day that she died all I had to do was sign some documents. The staff even assisted me in how I should prepare the obituary. The Russell-McCuthen staff was very professional and gave me excellent customer service. My family has always used this funeral home, but this was the first time I had experienced burying a love one by myself. I cannot say enough about the great customer service I received before and after the burial. I would highly recommend Russell-McCutchen Funeral Home to any family in their time of need.
